My experience with Urtiz roofing was fantastic! I had received three quotes from three roofers. Chris Urtiz not only gave me the best deal but he fixed the actual issues. I didn’t need a roof replacement like other roofers were telling me (without even scanning the roof). These guys have integrity and professionalism. They weren’t just trying to make a buck and I truly appreciate that. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my future projects!

This was a great experience, we had roof damage from the big snow/ice storm of 2021 and needed a contractor that we could trust, and who would work with our insurance. Chis was fantastic! He took pictures and video during the inspection, he worked with our claim department, he and his crew were curious, professional, and really took great care with our property. I was concerned about my plants getting some damage, but Chris made sure that his team stayed clear of the plants, and then he did a walk around with me afterward, just to make sure. He was also very careful to get all of the nails etc up off the ground when the job was complete.
They finished in one day, and, on Chris's suggestion, we have much better venting to our attic now. I really couldn't be more pleased and I wouldn't hesitate to use his company again, and I would definitely reccomend him to friends and family.

Chris made the process so easy. Came out and completed a detailed estimate. Walked through the repairs needed with insurance adjuster to make sure all got covered. Scheduled when ready and supervised install from start to finish. Couldn’t have gone any smoother!
